Ida Avera To Adaline Whitaker
                 "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents That I
Alachua County   } Ida Avera (widow) of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty dollars
to her in hand paid by Adaline Whitaker of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto her the said Adaline Whitaker all of
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: in Section Thirty Two (32)
Township nine (9) South and Range Twenty (20) East and more
fully described and bounded as follows to wit: Beginning at a
Stake on the line between Sections Thirty Two and Thirty Three in
Township Nine South of Range 20 East Twenty Two chains and
Sixty Eight Links North of the South East corner of Section Thirty
Two above named - Thence running North along said line 410 feet
to a Stake thence West 210 feet to a Stake; thence South 410 feet
to a Stake; thence East 210 feet to the place of beginning containing
by estimation (2) two acres of land more or less. Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and Hold
the same unto her the said Adaline Whitaker and to her heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute
and I the said Ida Avera (widow) do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said Adaline Whitaker that I am
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto her the
said Adaline Whitaker and to her heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal on this 15th day of February AD 1882
