me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in
and to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband

  Augustus R. Scruggs To William L. Finger

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that Agustus
R. Scruggs and Mollie his wife of the aforesaid County and State
for and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen dollars to him
in hand paid by William L. Finger of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof he do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto him the said William L. Finger
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: Commencing five hundred feet
North of the South West corner of lot Eight (8) Fractional Section Six (6)
Township nine (9) South Range Twenty one (21) East thence East
one Hundred and seventy five (175) feet thence North West to
place of Beginning containing by estimation one acre of land
more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and Hold the same unto him the said William L. Finger
and to his heirs executors administrators and assign in fee simple
and absolute. And I the said Augustus R. Scruggs do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said William L. Finger that I
am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
