grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Leonard G. Dennis the said
party of the second part all the estate right title and interest which
the said defendant had on the second day of August AD 1880 or at any
time afterward of in and to all those certain lots pieces and parcels
of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua State of
Florida and known and described as follows viz: Block (8) Eight
range (6) six and Block (8) eight range (7) Seven lying in the Town
of Gainesville in said Alachua County as per map of survey of the
said Town of Gainesville on file in the Clerks office of Alachua County
Book "H" page 383. To Have and to Hold said described property unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever as
fully and absolutely as the said party of the first part as Marshal
as aforesaid can or should convey by virtue of said execution and the
laws relating thereto In Witness Whereof the said party of the first part
as Marshal as aforesaid has hereunto set his hand and affixed
his seal this fourth day of October AD 1880

  Know all men by these presents that I Leonard G. Dennis of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida in consideration of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars
legal money of the United States to me in hand paid by Sarah R. Barnes
of said County and State the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged do hereby bargain sell covey remise and release to the
said Sarah R. Barnes the following described piece or parcel of land
lying and being in the Town of Gainesville and State of Florida and
particularly described as Fractional Block 8, Range 6, and Fractional
Block 8, Range 7," lying west of and adjoining Sweet Water Branch.
