County of Nassau } Know all men by these Presents That I Emma Dotterer wife
of the above named H.E. Dotterer do by these presents made and executed by me
separate and apart from my said husband and in the presence of J.A.
Ellerman a Judicial officer of the State of Florida acknowledge and declare
that I did make myself a party to and executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance
for the purpose of relinquishing my dower and right of dower in and to the lands
therein described and granted and that I did the same freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear, of, or, from my
said husband the said H.E. Dotter. In Witness Whereof I hereunto subscribe my
name and affix my seal this Eleventh day of Jan AD one thousand Eight hundred
and eighty two

Eleventh day of January AD 1882 personally appeared before me a Judicial
officer of the State of Florida the above named Emma Dotterer to me well known
as the wife of H.E. Dotterer and as one of the persons described in and who
executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance who being at the time separate and
apart from her husband, the said H.E. Dotterer did then and there make and
execute the foregoing acknowledgment her name being with her own hand
subscribed and her seal affixed in my presence. Witness my hand and

This Indenture made the Twelfth day of March Anno Domini Eighteen
Hundred and Eighty one between Henry E. Dotterer of the City of Fernandina
County of Nassau and State of Florida and Emma his wife parties of the
first part and Susanna Renault wife of D.L. Renault of the town of
Waldo County of Alachua and said State of Florida party of the second
