second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted
aliened bargained sold transferred and do by these give grant alien bargain
sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part and her
heirs and assigns forever all that certain Lot Tract or Parcel of Land situate
lying and being in the said town of Waldo County of Alachua and said
State of Florida and known and described on the official plat of said town as
Lot numbered Five (5) in Block numbered Twenty-five: which said lot
fronts fifty two feet and eight inches on Alachua Street which bounds
it on the South East from whence it extends one hundred feet on Cole Street
which bounds it on the South west - Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and also
all the estate, right title, interest, dower and right of dower, property
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said
parties of the first part of in and to the same with the appurtenances
To have and to hold the above described premises with the appurtenances
thereunto belonging unto the said party of the second part, and to her heirs
and assigns as her & their absolute property in fee simple forever. And the
said Henry E. Dotterer for himself and for all others claiming by or through him
does covenant and agree that he is at the date hereof lawfully seized of the
above described premises by deed from John S. Riggs & Wife (as recorded in
Book "I" of Alachua Co records page 49) bearing date April 22nd AD 1873 and that
he has conveyed the same free and discharged from all incumbrances and
liens of any and every nature and description created by himself and
that the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns shall
quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all
persons whatsoever lawfully claiming by through or under him the
said party of the first part. In testimony Whereof the said parties

Judicial officer personally appeared H.E. Dotterer and Emma
Dotterer on this 14th day of March AD 1881 who severally
acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed; And I further
certify that the said Emma Dotterer being at the time separate
and apart from her said husband did acknowledge under her
hand and seal that she executed the foregoing deed of conveyance
to Susanna Renault and that she joined in the said deed
for the purpose of relinquishinging and renouncing all
dower or right of dower in and to the premises described therein
and that said relinquishment and renunciation of dower was
and is made fully and voluntarily and without any
compulsion or constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her husband the said - Witness my hand and seal
