    Martha E. and Thomas Boulware to Susanna Renault
                   "Quit Claim Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents That we Martha
County of Alachua} E. Boulware and Thomas Boulware husband and wife
of Alachua Co State of Florida in consideration of three hundred dollars
($300) to them in hand paid by Susanna Renault of Alachua Co Fla
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold and
quit Claimed and by these presents do bargain sell and quit claim
unto the said Susanna Renault and to her heirs and assigns forever
all and each of our right title interest estate dower and right of Dower
claim and demand both of law and equity or possession of in and
to those lots of land known and described as follows, Lots (4) Four
(5) five (6) Six (7) Seven (and (8) Eight in Block (12) Twelve Town of Waldo
Alachua Co Florida with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
set our hands and seals this Twenty first (21st) day of February AD 1881

State of Florida personally appeared the within named Martha E.
Boulware and Thomas Boulware who severaly acknowledged that
they executed the within quit claim deed for the purposes therein
named and I further Certify that he said Martha E. Boulware being
separate and apart from her said husband the said Thomas Boulware
acknowledged that she executed the said quit claim deed for the
purpose of relinquishing all right of Dower in and to the said lands
or lots and that she did the same of her own voluntary act and
without any fear or compulsion from her said Husband the Said
Thomas Boulware. Witness my hand and official seal at Waldo
