Martha E. Boulware To A.T. Lee 
                      "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that Martha E.
Alachua County   } Boulware and Thomas L. Boulware of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum of Six
hundred Eighty three dollars & thirty five cents to them in hand paid by
A.T. Lee of the County of Chatham in the State of Georgia the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and 
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto him the said A.T. Lee all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit:
Beginning at the South West corner of the North West quarter (NW1/4) of the
South West quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty one (Sec 21) Township
Eight (T8) South of Range Twenty Two East (S R22 E) thence East
thirty two and fifty one hundredths chains. Beginning again
at place of beginning thence North thirteen and Sixty seven
hundredths chains to corner thence east twenty seven and
Eighty two hundredths chains to marsh Thence twelve and 
eighteen hundredths chains into marsh Thence in a southerly
direction to the Eastern terminus of the Souther boundary line on
the margin of Santa Fe Lake containing by estimation 49.55
acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular the 
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining. To Have and Hold
the same unto him the said A.T. Lee and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute. And
we the said Martha E. Boulware and Thomas L. Boulware
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said A.T. Lee
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same, that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto him the said A.T. Lee and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or 
hereafter to claim the same In Witness Whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and affixed our seals on this 24th day of December
