conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges
before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose
of granting bargaining selling conveying and confirming in the grantee
all her right title and interest of every kind and to all the land
in said deed described and that said deed was made and
executed by her freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband.

"Deed"
This Indenture made this 18th day of January in the year eighteen hundred and
eighty two between Henry M. Hankinson of the town of Leeds in the County of
Greene in the State of New York and Emma his wife parties of the first part
and Alexander Cable (Merchant) of the City, County and State of New York party
of the second part Witnesseth: that the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of one dollar to them in hand paid at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and other good and valuable considerations thereunto moving have bargained
sold granted and conveyed and by these presents do bargain sell grant and
convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns in fee
simple, "All that tract or parcel of land situate in the County of Alachua
State of Florida containing one hundred and one 74/100 acres cut off from
section seventeen range nineteen East township ten South & North West
quarter section sixteen range nineteen east township ten south all in
Arredondo grant and bounded and described as follows viz: commencing at
Lightwood Knot marking North East corner section Seventeen (17)
running due west on North boundary of section 17, 29.37 chains to
lightwood knot corner: thence 20.43 chains due South to Lightwood
