    William R. Robeson Jr to Harrison Lynch
                        "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that I William R. Robeson Jr of Alachua
County & State of Florida in consideration of one dollar to me paid by Harrison Lynch
of said Alachua County the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby
give grant bargain Sell & Convey unto the said Lynch a certain parcel of
land situated on Serenola Plantation in said County containing about Sixteen
acres and described as follows, beginning at a Stake at NE Corner of land this
day conveyed by said grantee to said grantor Thence Northerly to a Stake 420
feet Thence Easterly about 1680 ft to a line dividing land of said Lynch from
land of Wash West thence Southerly to land of Lynch Then Westerly by
land of said Lynch to place of beginning & being part of lots ten & twelve
on plan of said Plantation. To Have and to Hold the granted premises with
all the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the Harrison Lynch
and his heirs and assigns to their own use and behoof forever And I do
hereby for myself and my heirs executors and administrators covenant with
the said grantee and his heirs and assigns that the granted premises are
free from all incumbrances that I am seized in fee simple of the granted
premises & that I have good right to sell & convey the same and that I will
and my heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the Same
to the said grantee and his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons. And for the consideration aforesaid
I Constance De la Hault Robeson wife of said William do hereby release
unto the grantee and his heirs and assigns all right of or to both dower
and homestead in the granted premises In Witness whereof we the said
William R. and Constance De la Hault Robeson hereunto set our hands and
seals this Eleventh day of January in the year one thousand eight
hundred and Eighty two
