Robeson wife of Wm R. Robeson Jr who acknowledged before me that she
signed the foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing and
renouncing all of her dower and right of dower in and to the lands in said
deed described and that she did the same freely and voluntarily and
without any constraint apprehension or fear of or from her husband

Harrison Lynch to William R. Robeson Jr
"Deed"
Know all men by these presents That I Harrison Lynch of Alachua County
& State of Florida In Consideration of one dollar to me paid by William R.
Robeson Jr of said County the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
do hereby give grant bargain sell and Convey unto the said
Robeson a certain parcel of land described as follows fourteen &
one half acres (14 1/2) on the Westerly End of lot 11 on Plan of Serenola
Plantation being part of the lot formerly conveyed to grantor by
James & Robeson beginning at the NW1/4 of said lot 11 Thence Easterly
875 ft Then Southerly 715 ft to land formerly of Haile Then Westerly 875
ft to lot 4 Then Northerly 715 ft to place of beginning be said measurement
more or less. To Have and to Hold the above granted premises with
all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging to the
said W.R. Robeson Jr heirs and assigns to their own use and behoof
forever. And I the said grantor for myself and my heirs executors
and administrators do covenant with the said grantee and his heirs
and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the afore-
granted premises; that they are free from all incumbrances that
I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said grantee
and his heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid; and that I will
and my heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and
defend the same to the said grantee and his heirs and assigns
forever against the lawful claims and demands of all persons
In Witness Whereof I the said Harrison Lynch & Hannah
Lynch wife of said Harrison in token of her release of all right
and title of or to both dower and homestead in the granted
premises have hereunto set our hands and Seals this Eleventh
