Alachua County } AD 1882 before me personally came Hannah Lynch wife
of Harrison Lynch and acknowledged before me that she signed the
foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing and renouncing
all her dower and right of dower in and to the lands therein described
and that she did the same freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents That Mary E. Furman
Alachua County } & C.D. Furman her husband of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars to them in
hand paid by Mrs Lucy Upson of the county of Winnebago in the
State of Illinois the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto her the said Lucy Upson all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows, to wit: Commencing 60 feet from center of Rail Road on line
of Lot 19 owned by Mr Bricker running North about thirty rods
and thirteen feet to corner of school lot thence East about fourteen
rods to center of highway thence South about Eighteen rods and Four
feet to Sixty feet of Rail road thence parallel of Rail road
about Eighteen rods and five feet to place of beginning Except
reserving forty feet on South side and thirty three on East side for
public highway sold tract is known as Lot thirty one of Town
plat of the Town of Fairbanks of aforesaid County and State
Section 12 Range 20 Township 9 Containing by estimation one
acre of land, more or less. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining. To Have and To Hold the same unto her the
said Lucy Upson and to her heirs executors administrators and
