and agree to and with the said S.F. Halliday that she is lawfully seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby convey; and that she has good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same is free from all

    Daniel G. Hall To Cyrus Hall
                 "Deed"
 Know all men by these Presents that I Daniel G. Hall of the County of Emanuel and
State of Georgia in consideration of the sum of Forty Dollars Paid to me by Cyrus
Hall of the County of Alachua and State of Florida the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged do hereby give grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said Cyrus Hall his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of Land
with the Bildings Thereon and all the privileges and appurtenances to the
same belonging situated in the County of Alachua & State of Florida
and bound and described as follows Lot No Five of Section Seven in
Township nine South of range Twenty Two East To have and to hold the 
above granted premises to the said Cyrus Hall his heirs and assigns 
to his & their use and behoof forever And I the said Daniel G. Hall for
myself my heirs executors and administrators do covenant with the
said Cyrus Hall his heirs & assigns that I am Lawfully seized in fee
simple of the afore granted Premises that they are free from all
incubmrances that I have good right to sell and convey the same
to the said Cyrus Hall his heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid
and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall warrant
and defend the same to the said Cyrus Hall his heirs and assigns
forever against the lawful claims and demands of all Persons
