for said County personally came Daniel G. Hall to me well known and acknowl=
edged that he signed the forementioned deed for the Purpose therein mentioned
in testimony where I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 23 day
of March 1858

 Know all men by these presents that I Mary Jane Hall wife of the
said Daniel G. Hall of the County of Emanuel and State of Georgia in
consideration of one Dollar to me in hand paid by Cyrus Hall of Alachua
County and State of Florida the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge do
grant remise release and forever quit claim unto the said Cyrus
Hall his heirs and assigns forever all my dower & thirds right and
title of dower and thirds and all other right title interest claims
and demands whatsoever in Law and equity that I have in the fore
mentioned Deed so that neither I the said Mary Jane Hall my heirs
executors or administrators nor any other Person or Persons for me
them or any of them shall have any claim or demand and dower or
thirds in or to the said Premises in witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this the 23 day of March 1858

Separately and apart from her said Husband declares that she
signed the foregoing relinquishment of dower freely voluntary and
without fear or compulsion of her said Husband Daniel G. Hall
in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the
23 day of March 1858
