parcel of land lying and being in said County & State and more particularly
known as the South East quarter of the North East qr, North East qr of South
East quarter, of Section Thirty two Township Nine South of Range Fourteen
East containing Eighty acres more or less To have and to hold the same
unto the said W.W. Sykes his heirs and assigns forever and we do covenant
with the said W.W. Sykes his heirs and assigns that we are lawfully seized
in fee of the premises that they are free from all encumbrances and that
we will warrant and defend the same with the said W.W. Sykes his heirs
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of all persons
whomsoever claiming. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and

AD 1882 personally appeared before me Mary A. Bailey wife of
James S. Bailey grantor in the foregoing deed of conveyance separate
and apart from her husband and acknowledged that she signed said
deed for the purpose of relinquishing her dower or right of thirds to
the within premises and did the same freely and voluntarily without
any compulsion constraint apprehension fear or dread of or from her said
husband also on the same day personally came James S. Bailey and
acknowledged that he executed the same for the purposes therein expressed

  The Santa Fee Canal Company To Ned E. Farrell
                   "Deed"
This Indenture made the First day of March Anno Domini Eighteen
Hundred and Eighty Two Between The Santa Fe Canal Company of
Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the
first part and Ned E. Farrell of the Town of Waldo County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the  second part. Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of Two Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and
