      John M. Taylor To Sarah Weatherby
                      Deed 
State of Florida  } Know all men by these presents that I J.A. Carlisle
County of Alachua } attorney in fact for John M. Taylor of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration of the
sum of Nine hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Sarah
Weatherby of Addison County of Steuben and State of New
York have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto her the said
Sarah Weatherby the following piece tract or parcel of land
situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and
and in the "Arredondo Grant" particularly described as
follows to wit: all of that part or portion of the North East Quarter
of Section (7) Seven Township (10) Ten Range Twenty (20) South
and East lying North of the Atlantic Gulf and West India Transit
Company Rail Road which portion contains by estimation one
hundred and Twenty Five acres Saving and excepting therefrom the
following described piece or parcel of land to wit Beginning at the
north East corner of said Section (7) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty
(20) and running thence west along the Northern Boundary line
of said Section Twenty Two (22) chains and Seventy five Links
Thence South Thirteen (13) chains and nineteen (19) links; thence
East Twenty two (22) chains and Seventy Five Links to the East
boundary line of said Section ; thence North along said Section
line Thirteen (13) chains and Nineteen (19) links to the point of
beginning containing only Thirty (30) acres the same having been
conveyed by said John M. Taylor to F.P. Chamberlain by Deed dated
November 30th 1881 and Recorded in Deed Book "M" at pages 872
& 873 and also another piece or parcel of land described as
follows to wit: Beginning at a point on the East boundary line of
said Section Seven (7) T 10 R 20 which is located Thirteen (13) chains
