and nineteen (19) links South from the North East corner of said Section and
running thence west Twenty Two (22) chains and Seventy five links thence
South Nineteen (19) chains and Fourteen (14) links to the Northern limit of the
public wagon or dirt road; thence in a North Easterly direction along the
northern boundary of said wagon or dirt road to the point where the Eastern
line of said Section crosses the Northern limit of said Wagon or dirt road thence
North along the Eastern boundary line of said Section Five (5) chains and
ninety six (96) links to the point of beginning containing only (30) Thirty
acres the same having been conveyed by John M. Taylor to J.H. Post by deed
dated November 30th 1881 and Recorded in Deed Book "M" at pages 877 &
878 the said portion hereby conveyed being all excepting Sixty acres as
above described and containing about Sixty Two acres more or less
To have and to hold the same unto her the said Sarah Weatherby her
heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. And I the said
John M. Taylor by my attorney in Fact J.A. Carlisle do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said Sarah Weatherby that I am lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that I
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same, that the same
is free from all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we will
and our heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto her the said Sarah Weatherby and
to her heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my

of John M. Taylor the grantor in the foregoing deed who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her
husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said
deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of her right of dower in and to the land in said deed described
and that said relinquishment and renunciation of dower was done and
made by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
