wife of Calvin Waits and as one of the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing deed of conveyance who being at the time separate and apart from
her husband the said Cynthia J. Waits did then and there make and
execute the foregoing acknowledgment her name being with her own hand

Cynthia J. Waits To Robt B. Weeks
"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I
Alachua County } Cynthia J. Waits and my husband Calvin Waits
of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the
sum of fifty dollars to them in hand paid by Robt B. Weeks
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof
we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said Robt B. Weeks all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit
lot three (3) in Block Two (2) in Waits' Crossing incorporated in
the Town of Hawthorn fifty feet front and one Hundred feet deep
(corner of Center St and Massachusetts ave) Robt B. Weeks binds himself
and his heirs and assigns forever not to keep or allow to be kept
on said lot intoxicating liquors for sale failing to comply with
this obligation will make this deed of conveyance annulled
containing by estimation - acres of land more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
