Harriet M. Williams and Others to P.B.H. Dudley
             "Quit Claim "Deed"
This Indenture made the 29th day of December one thousand eight hundred
and Eighty one between Harriet Williams Jas W. Williams Joannah Kirby
T.M. Kirby V.E. Jones Jos J. Jones Alice Jones and S.C. Beville parties of
the first part all of Alachua County and State of Florida and P.B.H.
Dudley of the second part of the County and State aforesaid Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of one dollar lawful money of the United States of America to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has remised released and quitclaimed and by these presents
does remise release and quitclaim unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs and assigns forever all that piece of land in the South West
quarter (SW 1/4) of the North West quarter (NW 1/4) Section Thirty two (32)
Township Ten (10) Range eighteen (18) Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right
title interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in or to the above
described premised and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
To Have and to Hold all and singular the above mentioned and described
premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof The said
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the
day and year above written
