and acknowledgement of deeds ect to be used and recorded
in said State of Florida Emanuel Heidt to me well
known to be the person who executed the within deed by
him sealed and subscribed and the said Emanuel Heidt
acknowledged the execution thereof to be his free act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned In Witness
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
official seal at Savannah in the County of Chatham

of Florida known by the following survey

Run North Eighty 80 Rods thence East Forty 40
Rods thence south Eighty 80 Rods thence West
forty 40 Rods to starting point to me in hand
