         Martha D. Jackson to Francis Stallions

  State of Florida }
   Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that
                   } I Martha Jackson widow of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in con-
sideration of the sum of thirty seven and fifty 50/100 Dollars
to me in hand paid by Francis Stall ion of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold
and do by these presents grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Francis Stallion and to her
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
the following described lot tract or parcel of land
situate lying and being in the Town of Gainesville
County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit for
a beginning or starting point Commencing at a
stake on the North East corner of lot conveyed by
Martha Jackson to Jane Fagan and Saml Fagan and then
running east to the North East Corner of lot or
Block (7) seven of the survey & description & plats
of Mrs Jacksons land made by Rich Fuller thence South
along the East line of Block (7) seven one hundred
and fifty seven and a half feet to the south East
corner of said Block thence west along the south
line of said Block seven 7 seventy Eight feet
and nine inches to the stake on south East
corner of lot conveyed to Fagan then along
the Eastern line of the Fagan lot south one
hundred and fifty seven feet to point of beginning
containing one third of an acre more or less
To Have and To Hold the above granted bargained
and described premises Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining to
the said Francis Stallion heirs executors adminis
trators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever
and the said Martha Jackson for herself and for her
heirs executors administrators and assigns does cov
enant and agree to and with the said Francis
Stallion that she will and her heirs Executors ad
ministrators and assigns shall forever warrant and
defend the title to the above described premises
against all and every person whomsoever lawfully
claiming the same In Witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
on this the day of March AD 1880
