   H.A.H. Crumpton to Henry R. Estes
                  "Deed"
 This Indenture made the seventeenth day of February
one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Two between
Henry A.H. Crumpton of Alachua County of the
first part Henry R. Estes of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars to him duly paid has bargained and
sold and by these presents does grant bargain
sell and convey to the said party of the second part
and to his heirs and assigns forever all the south
west quarter of the south East quarter of
section Ten (10) of Township Ten South of
Range Twenty Two East containing Forty
acres more or less with the appurtenances
and all the Estate right title and interest
of the said party of the first part therein
and the said Henry A. H. Crumpton does hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
that at the time of making this conveyance
he is the lawful owner of the premises
above granted and is seized of a good and
indefeasible estate of Inheritance therein and
that they are free and clear of inchoate dower
rights and of all encumbrances whatsoever
