  Charles M. Weeks to Wm W. Johnson
                 "Deed"
This Indenture made the second day of March
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
Hundred and eighty Two Between Charles M.
Weeks of Hawthorn Alachua County Florida
of the first part and William W. Johnson
of said Hawthorn of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum
of One Thousand Dollars lawful money of
the United States of America to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at
or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted bargained sold assigned con
veyed Released quit claimed transferred and made over
and by these presents does grant bargain
sell assign convey release quit claim transfer
and make over unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns forever all the
south west (1/4) quarter of the North East
Quarter and the East 1/2 of the North West
(1/4) quarter of the North East (1/4) Quarter of
Section (35) thirty five Township Ten (10)
South of Range Twenty Two (22) East
also all that part of the North East 1/4
Quarter of the North East 1/4 Quarter lying
North of the Florida Southern Rail Road
and that part of the same lying south
of the Rail Road in the south west
Corner of said forty acre tract last above
mentioned on the south being bounded by south
line of said forty acres to a point six hundred
and sixty feet East of the westerly line of
said forty thence north to the north line
of said tract thence west to the west line
thence south to the south line (Except land
conveyed to Florida Southern Rail Road as
a right of way and containing Eighty Eight
and one half acres Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
