and do by these presents grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Hannah C. Moore of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and sold and do by these presents
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Hannah C. Moore her heirs executors adminis-
trators and assigns forever the following des-
cribed lot tract or parcel of land situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua and 
State of Florida to wit:   Commencing at a stake
one hundred and Twenty Rods North of the south
East corner of section Twelve thence north
on the East line of section 12 six Rods thence
west forty rods to the Center of the Gainesville road
thence south six rods to the corner of J.M. Smiths
land thence East forty rods to the stake begun
at containing one and one half acre more or less
it being and lying on lot 16 section 12 Town
-ship nine 9 south Range 20 East
    The conditions of the foregoing deeds are
such and it is agreed upon the part of Mrs
Hannah C. Moore that a strip 30 feet wide
on the west end of said land is reserved for
a public highway. It is also agreed that
there never shall be any intoxicating liquors
sold thereon nor any gambling allowed thereon
Neither shall it or any part thereof be sold
to any person or persons of Color.  Neither
shall it or any part of it be sold leased
or used for a road running East and West
by the Consent of Hannah C. Moore her heirs and
assigns on pain of forfeiture and reversion to said
Mary E. Furman and Charles D. Furman their
heirs and assigns forever Also one other piece
of land described and bounded as follows beginning
at the North West Corner of the piece described
above and running East forty rods to the section
line thence North Twelve rods & three links thence
northwest Twenty five rods & three links
to the Center of the Waldo road thence south
west along said road 31 rods & 22 links
to the Gainesville Road thence south 12 rods
and three links to the place begun at containing
five and forty three 43/100 acres more or less To Have and
To Hold the above granted bargained and
described premises Together with all and 
singular the tenements hereditaments and
