appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining to the said Hannah C. Moore
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute forever and the said Mary E.
Furman and Charles D. Furman her husband for
themselves and for their heirs executors administrators
and assigns to covenant and agree to and with
the said Hannah C. Moore that they will and their
heirs executors administrators and assigns shall
forever warrant and defend the title to the above
described premises against all and every
person whomsoever lawfully claiming the 
same In Witness whereof they have hereunto 
set their hands and affixed their seals on

foregoing deed of Conveyance and that she
did the same freely and voluntarily and without
any constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband   In Witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th
