Robert B. Weeks To Samuel L. Hawthorn
"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents That I Robt B. Weeks and
Alachua County } my wife Martha J.M. Weeks of the aforesaid County and State
for and inconsideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to us in hand paid
by Samuel L. Hawthorn of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said Samuel L. Hawthorn all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit: the survey
of said lot Commences at the North West corner of the South West quarter
of the South West quarter of Section (26) Twenty six in Township (10) ten South
of Range (22) Twenty Two East; thence East (6.86) Six 86/100 chains (Gusethers)
to the North West corner of said lot; Thence South 8° 30' East (1.67) one 67/100
chains thence North 86° 30' East (3.00) three chains thence North 3°
30' East (1.67) one 67/100 chains thence south 86° 30' West (3.08) three 08/100 chains
back to place of beginning Located in the incorporation of the
Town of Hawthorn containing by estimation 50/100 acres of land more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and Hold the same unto
the said Samuel L. Hawthorn and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple and absolute. And we the said Robt B. Weeks and Martha
J.M. Weeks do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Samuel L.
Hawthorn that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and
and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall and will
