thousand eight hundred and Eighty two Between Earnest Alexander Kettimbeil
of the City of Jacksonville and Bertha H. Kittembeil of the County of - and
State of Florida parties of the first  part and Eliza D. Pierson of New York
City County and State wife of Oliver H. Pierson party of the second
part Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Four Thousand Dollars lawful money of the Untied States
of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part
