is hereby acknowledged granted bargained sold aliened remised released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien
remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and
her heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot tract or parcel of Land Situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and described as
follows: Commencing at a point on the east side of Victoria Avenue one hundred 
and forty (140) yards North of the point where the east and west line dividing the
South half of Section thirty three (33) Township Eight (8) South Range Twenty
Two (22) East intersects the said line of said avenue thence due East to the
shore of Santa Fee Lake on a line parallel to said East and West line thence
in a southerly direction about one hundred and forty (140) yards along the
shore of the said Lake to the point where the said East and West line
dividing the South half of said Section thirty three (33) enters the said Lake
thence along said East and West line to the point of intersection with the afores=
=aid East side of Victoria avenue thence North along said side of said
avenue one hundred and forty yards (140) to the place of beginning all
of which is comprised in the North half of the South East quarter of Section
thirty three (33) Township Eight (8) South of Range Twenty Two (22) East
and containing about fifteen (15) acres more or less it is however understood
& agreed that the right to keep forever the Ditch now running diagonally through
the said Land from the old Brick yard towards the Santa Fe Lake is reserved
in so far as the drainage may continue unobstructed the same being the
property purchased by the parties first part from Henry Gillman by deed
dated October 12th 1878 and recorded Jany 8th 1879 in Book "K" Page 585 &
586 of the records of said Alachua County & State aforesaid Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof And
also all the estate right title interest dower and right of dower separate
estate property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in and to the same
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances: To Have and
To Hold the above granted bargained and described premises with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns to their own proper use, benefit and behoof
forever. And the said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs
executors and administrators does covenant, promise and agree to and
with the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns that the
said parties of the first part at the time of the sealing and delivery of these
presents are lawfully seized in fee simple of a good absolute and inde=
feasible estate of inheritance of and in all and singular the above
granted bargained and described premises with the appurtenances and
have good right full power and lawful authority to grant bargain
sell and convey the same in manner and form aforesaid And that the
same in manner and form aforesaid and that the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns shall and may at all times hereafter
peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the
above granted premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
