      George W. Sparkman To Laura L. Dell
                      "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we George W. Sparkman
Alachua County   } and Susan A. Sparkman his wife of the aforesaid State
and County for and in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand dollars
to us in cash partly paid and partly secured to be paid by Laura
L. Dell of the aforesaid State and County have granted bargained sold
conveyed and alienated; and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien and convey unto her the said Laura L. Dell the following described
lot tract piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in the 
"Arredondo Grant" in Alachua County State of Florida and particularly
described as "Commencing at the North West corner of Section Four (4) in
township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) East, thence South to
Robeadoes corner thence East to the run of "Sweet-water Branch" thence
along the run of said Sweet Water Branch" South to within Fifteen (15)
feet of D.M. Fingers" corner reserving a road way to said Branch along
D.M. Fingers line distant one hundred (100) yards to within Fifteen (15) feet
of Vanlandinghams corner or line reserving a road way to said Branch
thence up the Branch Fifteen (15) feet thence West to the place of
              excepting
beginning saving^and reserving that certain part or portion of the
above described tract of land which has heretofore been conveyed to
R.L. Wilson and which is described as follows to wit: Beginning at the
said North West corner of said Section Four (4) in Township Ten (10)
South of Range Twenty (20) East running south Three (3) chains and
Eighteen (18) Links, thence East to the run of "Sweet-water branch"
thence up the run of said Branch to the section line, thence West
along said Section line to the point of beginning containing Four
acres more or less" = Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining = To Have and To Hold the same unto  her the said
Laura L. Dell and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple absolute forever = And we the said George W. Sparkman and Susan
A. Sparkman do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Laura L. Dell
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever; and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators
