       Ludy H. Bennett and Wife to M. Florence Moseley
                                "Deed"
This Indenture, made the 28th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and Eighty Two Between Ludy H. Bennett and his wife Carey E.
Bennett of the County of Alachua State of Florida of the first part and M.
Florence Moseley wife of A.S. Moseley of Clay County State of Florida of the second
part: Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of One Hundred and Ten Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or
before the ensealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien remise convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part
and her heirs and assigns forever all That certain Lot or parcel of Land
lying and being in Goodson's addition to the Town of Melrose State of
Florida described as follows bounded on the North by lot No Three (3) 8.96
chains chains on the East by a Twenty foot Street (20 ft) separating said Lot Ten
(10) from Lot No nine (9) 5 00/100 chains, on the South by the Southern Boundary of
the said Goodson's Addition 8 96/100 chains on the West 5 chains by a
Twenty foot (20 ft) street separating said Lot Ten (10) from lot No 11 the said
Lot being a portion of Section Thirteen (S13) Township nine (T9) Range
Twenty Two (R22) East and containing Four acres and forty Eight one
hundredths of an acre (4 48/100) more or less being the same tract conveyed
to Meredith D. Granger by Alexander Goodson and his wife Cecilia
Goodson on the Thirty first day of January AD 1881 Together with all
and singular the Land tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and
also all the estate right title interest Dower and right of Dower property
possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity
of the said parties of the first part, of, in and to the same and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To Have and To Hold
the above granted bargained and described premises with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns to her own proper use benefit and behoof forever. And the
said Ludy H. Bennett and wife Carey E. Bennett for themselves and
their heirs executors and administrators doth covenant grant and agree
to and with the said party of the second part Her heirs and assigns
that the said L.H. Bennett and Carey E. Bennett at the time of
the sealing and delivery of these presents are lawfully seized in
Fee Simple of a good absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance
in fee simple of and in all and singular the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances and have good right full power
and lawful authority to grant bargain sell and convey the same in manner
and form aforesaid. And that the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns shall and may at all times hereafter peaceably and
quietly have hold, use occupy possess and enjoy the above granted
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
