 E.G. Hopkins and Anna E. Hopkins to A.V. Stewart and C.A. Miller
                               "Deed"
This Indenture Witnesseth that E.G. Hopkins and Anna E. Hopkins
his wife of Washington County in the State of Indiana Convey and
Warrant to A.V. Stewart and C.A. Miller of Hamilton County in the
State of Ohio for the sum of Seven hundred Dollars the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged the following Real Estate in
Alachua County in the State of Florida. The North West quarter of
the South West quarter of Section eleven Town eight and Range
twenty one east containing forty acres more or less and being the
same premises conveyed H.N. Pettit and wife to the said Anna
E. Hopkins by deed recorded in Book "L" Page 854 & 855 of the
records of said County. In Witness Whereof the said E.G.
Hopkins and Anna E. Hopkins his wife have hereunto set their hands
and seals this 13th day of February 1882
