from her husband that she executed said deed freely and without any fear or
compulsion from her husband the said E.G. Hopkins.  In Witness Whereof I

                  "Deed"

State of Florida  }  Know all men by these Presents That I Richard McRae
Alachua County    }  formerly Richard Brevard of the aforesaid county and State
for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid by
Minta McRae of the county of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto her the said Minta McRae
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and
described as follows to wit: That portion of Lot No, 24 of Brushes addition to the
Town of Gainesville which lies in the North East corner of said Lot No. 24 the
same being one hundred and seventy Two (172) feet East and West by one
hundred and fourteen (114) North and South the same being the
place where I now live and being bounded on the North by the Northern line
of the town of Gainesville on the East by Street in the South by Ann McRae
and on the West by Rosetta Smith containing by estimation 3/4 acres of
land more or less Together will all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining To Have and Hold the same unto her the said Minta
McRae and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple and absolute, And I the said Richard McRae formerly Richard
Brevard do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Minta McRae
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever
and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto her the sais Minta McRae
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or
hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set
