Margaret B. Oneill To Mary E. Furman
"Deed"
This Indenture made this 21st day of April in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine between Margaret B.
Oneill of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the first
part and Mary E. Furman & C.D. Furman of County and State aforesaid
parties of the second part Witnesseth That the said party of the first party
for and in consideration of the sum of Five dollars to her in hand paid
by the said parties of the second part at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath bargained sold released granted conveyed and confirmed unto
the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns forever all
that certain tract of land known and described as follows commencing
at the North west corner of the south west quarter of the North West quarter
of Section seven Township Nine South Range Twenty one East running
East to a stake on the line of the Rail Road limit thence South 44
degrees west along said limit Eighty Six links to a stake thence North
39 degrees West to place of beginning containing one half acre more
or less lying and being situated in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditam=
ents and appurtenances there unto belonging or in anywise appertaining
and all the estate right, title interest property possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity of the said party of the first part
in and to the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof
To Have and To Hold the above granted bargained and described premises
with the appurtenances unto the said parties of the second part their
heirs and assigns to their and - own proper use benefit and behoof forever
and the said party of the first part for her heirs executors and adminis=
trators do hereby covenant with the said parties of the second part her
heirs and assigns that at the time of the delivery hereof the said party
of the first part is the lawful owner of the premises above granted granted
and seized thereof in fee simple absolute that they are free from
all in cumbrances that the said part of the first part has good right
to sell and convey the same to the said parties of the second part
as aforesaid and that the said party of the first part her heirs
