executors and administrators the above described and hereby granted and conveyed
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said
parties of the second part their heirs and assigns against the said party of the
first part and her heirs and against all and every person and persons

"Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into this the 8th day
Alachua County } of March AD 1882 between Martha D. Jackson (widow)
of the State and County aforesaid of the first part Robert Perry and
Elizabeth Perry of the same State and County of the second partys Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Seventy five dollars to her in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presence the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presence doth
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second partys all
that certain tract or piece or lot of land lying and being situated in
the State and County aforesaid and in what is generally known as
Browns addition to Gainesville and particularly described as follows to wit:
The lot or Subdivision number Six (6) in lot number Three (3) of the
North West quarter of section Five (5) Township Ten 10 South range
Twenty (20) East the said lot or subdivision hereby conveyed being
one hundred and fifty seven and a half (157 1/2) feet from East to West
and one hundred and fifty seven and a half (157 1/2) feet from North to
South and being bounded on the south by a street. To Have and to hold
unto the said partys of the second partys their heirs and assigns forever in
fee simple In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this
the 8th day of March 1882
