    Mrs Mary S. and W.N. Sheats To Sarah H. Austin
                             "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that Mrs Mary S. Sheats
Alachua County   } and W.N. Sheats her husband of the aforesaid County and State
for and in consideration of the sum of ($370000) dollars to them in hand paid
by Sarah H. Austin of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
her the said Sarah H. Austin all of that certain lot piece tract or
parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit:
The South part of lot seven (7) in Brush's addition to Gainesville
as laid down on Williams map of said addition being Two Hundred (200)
feet North & South and Two Hundred & forty (240) feet east and West
commencing at the South east corner of said lot or Block seven (7)
thence North two hundred (200) feet, thence West two hundred and forty (240)
feet thence South Two hundred (200) feet thence East two hundred
and forty (240) feet to place of beginning. Containing by estimation
1 1/10 acres more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining. To Have and Hold the same unto her the said
Sarah H. Austin and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple and absolute And we the said Mary S.
Sheats and W.N. Sheats her husband do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said Sarah H. Austin that we are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and
that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever
and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto her
