County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit The North East quarter of
the North half of Lot Two (2) of Ingram's Addition to the said City of
Gainesville said land being the separate property of said Martha Cannon
To Have and To Hold the above granted bargained and described premises
together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurte=
nances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said
Lucia M. Jernigan her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute forever. And the said Martha Cannon and her husband
John W. Cannon for them selves and for their heirs executors administrators
and assigns do covenant and agree to and with the said Lucia M.
Jernigan that they will and their heirs executors administrators
and assigns shall forever warrant and defend the title to the above
described premises against all and every person whomsoever lawfully
claiming the same In Witness Whereof they have hereunto set their hands and
affixed their seals on this 12th day of October AD 1880

Alachua County   } John W. Cannon to me well know as the wife
of the said John W. Cannon who being examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband acknowledged before me that she
renounced and relinquished all her title interest claim & demand of
whatsoever nature in and to the lands described in the foregoing deed of
conveyance and that she did the same freely and voluntarily and
without any constraint apprehension or of or from her said husband and
that said land was her own separate estate In Witness Whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this 12th day of October AD 1880

Florida hereby certify that the foregoing relinquishment and renunciation
by Martha Cannon of all her title interest claim and demand in & to
the lands in said Deed mentioned was made before me voluntarily and
without any constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
