       Mary E. Shuford to Murray M. Cellon
                       Deed
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Mary E.
Alachua County   } Shuford of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of One dollar to me in hand paid
by Murray M. Cellon of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
her the said Murray M. Cellon all of that certain lot piece tract or
parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit: The North half of the North East quarter and the south
East quarter of the North east quarter and all that part of Lot
number one lying and being North of the Black Creek road running
east from Newnansville all of Township eight (8) Range Nineteen
South & east also Lots 2 & 3 B3 R2 & S1/2 of lot 5 B3 R2 in Town of
Newnansville containing by estimation one hundred & fifty acres of
land more or less Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and Hold the same unto her the said Murray M. Cellon and to
her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute
and I the said Mary E. Shuford do hereby covenant and agree to and with 
the said Murray M. Cellon that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed and that I have good and lawful right to sell the
same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever
and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto her the said Murray M. Cellon
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claim
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to
claim the same In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal on this 9th day of February AD 1882
