   Mary E. Shuford to F.E. Cellon trustee
                   Deed
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that I Mary E. Shuford of the
Alachua County   } aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration of the sum
of one dollars to her in hand paid by F.E. Cellon trustee for Robert Lemuel
Woods (minor) of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said ____ all that certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua, in the State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit.
the South half of North West quarter & South West quarter of North east quarter
and so much of lots numbered Two three & four of Section five in Township
eight South of Range nineteen east as lay north of the Black Creek road
running east from Newnansville also Lots seven & Eight 7 & 8 B3 R4 in
the Town of Newnansville containing by estimation 170 acres of land
more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have
and Hold the same unto him the said F.E. Cellon as trustee for Robert
Lemuel Woods and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple and absolute. And I the said Mary E. Shuford do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said F.E. Cellon trustee &c that I am
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that
I have good and lawful right to sell the same that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto him the said F.E. Cellon trustee for Rob't Lem'l Woods
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or
hereafter to claim the same In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal on this 9th day of February AD 1882
