P.B.H. Dudley to Harriet Williams
                   "Deed"
County of Alachua } This Indenture made the 18th day of March in the
State of Florida  } Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
eighty two between P.B.H. Dudley and his wife Fannie Dudley
parties of the first part and Harriet Williams party of the second
part all of the County and State aforesaid Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of twelve
hundred ($1200) dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents does grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part and to her heirs
and assigns forever all that piece of land together with the
machinery given as per will of P.B.H. Dudley Sr to P.B.H. Dudley
Jr party of the first part, the said land lying and situate South of
Said Harriet Williams land in the town of Archer. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all
the estate right title interest property possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said
party of the first part and and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances. To have and to hold all and singular the
above mentioned and described premises together with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
and her heirs and assigns forever In Witness Whereof the
said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hand
and seal the day and year above written

Alachua County   } in and for said County in the State aforesaid
do hereby certify that P.B.H. Dudley and Fannie Dudley his wife
personally known to me as the same persons whose names are Subs=
cribed to the annexed instrument appeared before me this day
in person and acknowledged that they signed sealed and delivered
the said instrument of writing as their free and voluntary act for
the uses and purposes therein set forth and the Said Fannie
Dudley wife of the said P.B.H. Dudley having been examined by me
separate and apart and out of the hearing of her husband and
the contents and meaning of the said instrument of writing
having been by me fully made known and explained to her
and she also by me fully informed of her rights under the
Homestead Laws of this State acknowledged that she had freely
and voluntarily executed the same and relinquished her
