     Fannie W. Campbell To Don A. Lonzo Falkenbury
                        Deed
This Indenture made the Tenth day of December Anno Domini Eighteen
Hundred and Seventy Nine Between Fannie W. Campbell in her own right
and R.W. Campbell who Joins her in conveying of Alachua County of
and State of Florida partie of the first part and Don A. Lonzo
Falkenbury of - County of Alachua and State of Florida partie of
the second part. Witnesseth: That the said partie of the first part
for and in consideration of one hundred & Seventy Five Dollars to Her in hand
paid by the said partie of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has given granted aliened bargained sold transferred and
do by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and convey
unto the said parties of the second part and to heirs and assigns forever
all that certain Lot Tract or Parcel of Land situate lying and being in
the County of - County of Alachua and State of Florida and
known and described on the public records of said County & State as
The South East Quarter (SE1/4) of the South West Quarter (SW1/4) of
Section Twenty (Sec20) Township Eight (T8) Range Twenty Two East (22 E)
containing Forty acres more or less. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and
also all the estate right title interest dower and right of dower, property
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said
Partie of the first part of in and to the same with the appurtenances
To Have and to Hold the above described premises with the appurtenances
thereunto belonging unto the said partie of the second part and
His heirs and assigns as his absolute property in fee simple forever
And the said Fannie W. Campbell for her self her Heirs and assigns
do covenant and agree that she is lawfully seized of the above
described premises by deed from Mrs Sidney Bryan bearing date 7th
day of March 1879 and that she has conveyed the same free and
discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature
and description created by Her; and the said parties of the second
part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above
described premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming by
through or under them the said parties of the first part. In Testimony
Whereof the said parties of the first part has hereunto affixed his hand
and seal this the day and year above written
