a Justice of the Peace personally appeared Fannie W. Campbell and
R.W. Campbell her husband on this 10th of December AD 1879 who
severally acknowledged they executed the foregoing deed: And I further
certify that the said Fannie W. Campbell being at the time separate
and apart from her said husband did acknowledge under her hand and
seal that she executed the foregoing deed of conveyance to Don Alonzo
Falkenbury and that she Joined in the said deed for the purpose
relinquishing and renouncing all right in and to the premises described
therein and that said relinquishment and renunciation of was and is
made fully and voluntarily and without any compulsion or constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her husband the said Robt W. Campbell

         Alexander C. Bailey To Florida Southern Railway Company
                            "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Alexander
Alachua County   } C. Bailey of the aforesaid County and State
Bachelor for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty five Dollars
to me cash in hand paid by the Corporation duly incorporated
under the laws of the State of Florida and doing business in said
State under the Corporate name of the "Florida Southern Railway
Company" the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said Corporation and to its successors
and assigns a Strip or parallelogram of land Thirty (30) feet in width
for the Railway Company is now laid out located and graded of
upon over across and through that certain Lot Tract piece or parcel
of land situated lying and being in Alachua County in the State
of Florida and particularly described as being the North East quarter of
the North East quarter of Section Thirty Two (32) in Township Nine (9) South
of Range Twenty (20) East - Together also with the right and privilege in the
said Corporation and to its successors and assigns to keep said right of
way clear of all forest trees and timber and other obstructions for a
distance of Sixty (60) feet on each side of said Railway Track or bed and
together also with the right and privilege in the said Florida Southern
Railway Company and to its successors and assigns to drain said right of way
over and across the adjacent lands and to keep the same drained =
