And together also with the right and privilege in said Florida Southern Railway
Company and to its successors and assigns to build construct and operate a
Rail Road for public use upon over and across the said right of way herein granted
and conveyed. To Have and To Hold the said right of way and said rights
privileges and appurtenances unto the said Florida Southern Railway Company and to
its successors and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and

Orville B. Bailey To The "Florida Southern Railway Company"
"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Orville B. Bailey
Alachua County } of the aforesaid State and County for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars to me cash in hand on this day paid by the Corporation
duly organized and incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida and
doing business in said State under the Corporate name of the "Florida
Southern Railway Company" the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien and convey unto the said Florida Southern Railway
Company and to its successors and assigns a strip or parallelogram of land
Thirty (30) feet in width for the Rail way right of way of the said Florida
Southern Railway Company where the road bed of said Railway is now surveyed
laid out and established of upon, over across and through the Eastern Margin of
Lot (22) Twenty Two as described according to the map of the South half of
section (32) Thirty Two Township (9) nine South of Range (20) Twenty East
made by W.C. Miller C.E. and Recorded at page (203) Deed Book K of the
records of Alachua County together also with the right and privilege in the
said corporation and to its successors and assigns to keep said right of way clear of
all forest trees timber and other obstructions for a distance of sixty (60) feet on
each side of said Railway Track or bed and together also with the right
and privilege in the said Florida Southern Railway Company and to its successors
and assigns to drain said right of way over and across the adjacent lands and
to keep the same drained and together also with the right and privilege
