in said Florida Southern Railway Company and to its successors and assigns to
build construct and operate a Rail Road for public use upon over and
across the said right of way herein granted and conveyed the above described
Lands lying and being situate in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida To Have and to hold the said right of way and said rights
privileges and appurtenances unto the said Florida Southern Railway Company
and to its successors and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto

                      "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Mary E. Bailey
Alachua County   } a femme Sole of the aforesaid State and County for and in
consideration of the same of Thirty five dollars to me in hand paid by
the corporation the Florida Southern Railway Company the Receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell alien and convey unto the said 
Florida Southern Railway Company a strip or parallelogram of land Thirty
(30) feet in width where the Railway bed of the said Florida Southern
Railway is now located laid out and projected in of upon over and across
the South East quarter of the North East quarter of section No Thirty
two (32) in Township Nine (9) South of Range Twenty (20) East in Alachua
County State of Florida also a Strip or parallelogram of land Thirty (30)
feet in width off of the Eastern margin of Lot No Twenty one (21)
as the same is designated and numbered upon a map of the South
half of said Section Thirty Two (32) in Township Nine (9) South of Range
Twenty (20) East which map was made and drawn by Wm C. Miller Esqr
Civil Engineer and is recorded at Page 203 of Deed book "K" public
Records of Alachua County Florida with the right and privilege in
the said Florida Southern Railway Company and to its successors and
and assigns perpetually and forever to fell and remove all forest timber
