from off of a strip or parallelogram of land over and across the said
lots or parcels of land above described = and together also with the
right and privilege perpetually and forever to the said Florida Southern
Railway Company and to its successors and assigns to build construct
and operate a Rail Road over and across the said Florida Southern
Railway company and in and to its successors and assigns to drain said right
of way and lots of lands above described over the adjacent lands of the
grantor herein and to keep the same drained = Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to said lots of
land belonging or in anywise appertaining = To Have and to Hold the
said lots or parcels of land with the rights and privileges aforesaid
unto the said corporation the said Florida Southern Railway Company
and to its successors and assigns in fee simple absolute forever

This Indenture made the 10th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and Eighty Two Between Cornelia A. Dozier in her own right
and as next friend and Natural Guardian of her infant children Screven
Dozier Lilly Dozier Leonard Dozier and Harry Dozier & Charles P. Cooper
as the Guardian ad litem of said children of the first part and
Herman Glogowski Worshipful Master Edward W. Meaney Senior Warden Irving E.
Webster Junior Warden officers of Gainesville Lodge No. 41 of Free & accepted
Masons and their successors in office in trust for the use & benefit of said
Gainesville Lodge Number 41 of the second part Witnesseth That the said parties
of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and
Fifty 00/100 Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them in
hand paid by the said parties of the second part at or before the ensealing
