and in pursuance of a Decree of the United States court for the Northern
District of Florida in chancery setting dated February 14th 1882 authorizing
and ordering this conveyance have bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do bargain sell and convey unto the said parties
of the second part and to their successors in office and this trust forever
all that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the town of
Gainesville State of Florida and County of Alachua and particularly
described as one half interest of a lot known on the map of said Town of
Gainesville as follows to wit: The lot commencing at the North East corner
of lot number two (2) Block Number three (3) Range number one (1) extending
sixty (60) feet east and west and Forty seven (47) feet North and
south containing Two thousand Eight hundred and Twenty (2820) square
feet more or less being same lot conved to Henry C. Dozier in his lifetime
by James H. Roper by deed of conveyance Recorded in Deed Book "G" at pages
692 & 293 of the records of Alachua County and this conveyance is subject to
the conditions and provisions of that deed from James H. Roper to
Henry C. Dozier as aforesaid. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate
right title interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in and
to the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances in trust as aforesaid. To Have and To Hold all and singular
the above mentioned and described premises Together with the appurtenances
unto the said parties of the second part their successors in office and
in this trust for the use and benefit of said cisteiu que Trust forever

expressed: Whereupon it is prayed that the same may be recorded.
