       Joseph M. Kilter and Wife To Herman B. Binder
                             "Deed"
This indenture made this 9th day of January AD 1882 between Joseph M.
Kilter and wife Welthy Kilter of the County of Alachua & State of Florida of
the one part and Herman B. Binder of the County and State aforesaid of the
other Witnesseth that the said Joseph M. Kilter and wife Welthy Kilter
for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to them in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given granted
bargained and sold aliened conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do give grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto the
said Herman B. Binder his heirs and assigns forever a certain piece
or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
& State of Florida described as follows. In the NW Corner of the SE1/4 of
SW1/4 of S5 T9 S R22 E containing Four acres to have and to hold
the aforesaid land and bargained premises hereby conveyed with all
and singular the premises and every part and parcel thereof with
every of the appurtenances unto the said Herman B. Binder his heirs
and assigns forever and the said Joseph M. Kilter and wife Welthy
Kilter for ourselves our heirs executors and administrators do covenant
and agree to and with the said Herman B. Binder his heirs and
assigns that the premises before mentioned now are and forever hereafter
shall be and remain free of and from all former gifts grants bargains
dowers and the right title dower Judgments executions title troubles
charges and incumbrances whatsoever done or suffered to be done by them
the said Joseph M. Kilter and wife Welthy Kilter all and every of
the appurtenances before mentioned unto the said Herman B. Binder his
heirs and assigns forever and the said Joseph M. Kilter and wife
Welthy will forever warrant and defend by these presents. In testimony
Whereof the said Joseph M. Kilter & Wife Welthy Kilter have hereunto set
our hands and seals the day and date above written

Alachua County   } Before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for said
County personally came Joseph M. Kilter and Welthy Kilter with whom
I am personally acquainted and acknowledged the execution of the
foregoing deed and the said Welthy Kilter wife of the said Joseph M.
Kilter separate and apart from her said husband who acknowledged 
that she signed the foregoing deed for the purpose of renouncing and
releasing her right title and interest in and to dower in the bargained
