  Phillip Miller To J.H. Avera
               "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this 5 day of December AD 1879 between
Phillip Miller of the first part and J.H. Avery of the second part all of the State
of Florida and County of Alachua Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum
of ninety dollars paid by the party of the second part to the said party of the
first part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged the said party of the first part has granted
bargained sealed and conveyed and by these presents doth grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
all that certain lot tract piece or parcel of land lying and being situated in
the State of Florida and County of Alachua known and particularly described
as as follows to wit: commencing at a point nine hundred and thirty and
fourteen one hundredths of a foot East from the North west corner of fractional
section Eighteen (18) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) East and running
thence (1267 5/ Twelve hundred and Sixty seven 5 feet South thence North 84 1/4 0/
East one hundred and seventy four (174) feet thence North (1248) Twelve
hundred and forty Eight feet thence West to the point of beginning 3 (173.3)
feet and containing Five Acres more or less the same being a part of
fractional section (18) Eighteen Township (10) Ten South Range 20 East
To have and to hold unto the said party of the second part his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. And
the said party of the first part does hereby covenant and agree with the
said party of the second part that he is seized of and has good right
and sufficient title to convey the said premises and the said party of
the first part does by these presents for himself his heirs executors and
administrators Warrant and agree to forever defend the title of the said
property in and to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
against all and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or
to claim the same In Testimony whereof the said party of the first
part has hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and
year first above written
