  J.D. Matheson and J.T. McMillan Trustees To Mrs Mary Marshall
                                          "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that we James D. Matheson
Alachua County   } and James T. McMillan of the aforesaid State and County
as Trustees for certain Judgment creditors of the Estate of John W. Anderson
Deceased for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to
us as said Trustees in hand paid by Mrs Mary Marshall (wife of Doctor
J.A. Marshall) of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto her the said Mary Marshall all that lot piece parcel or tract of
Land lying and being situate in the County and State aforesaid more
particularly described and known as Lot number Seventy seven (77) of
what is popularly known as the "Leitner Place" as per W.C. Millers map of
said place said map recorded August 29th 1877 at page 645 of Deed Book
"J" of the records of the Circuit Court of Alachua County State of Florida
above Lot (77) containing forty acres of Land more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to 
Hold the same to her the said Mary Marshall and to her heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof we
have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this the first
day of March AD 1882
