    Sarah E. and Hardee Raulerson To Mrs Laquincy Phillips
                       "Deed"
This Indenture made the seventh day of March in the year of our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Two Between Sarah E. Raulerson
and Hardee Raulerson of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and Mrs Laquincy Phillips of the City of Springfield in the
County of Sangamore and State of Illinois of the second part. Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Four
Hundred ($400.00) Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to
them in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second part and her heirs and ass-
igns forever all of the following described Lots pieces or parcels of Land
lying and being in the said County of Alachua and State of Florida
described as follows Lots Five (5) Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block
Number Four (4) in Brannings Addition to the town of Wald in said
County. Fronting Three Hundred feet on Center Street and running
back One Hundred and Eighty five and one half feet Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and remainders
rents issues and profits thereof And also all the estate right, title
interest dower and right of dower separate estate property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the
said parties of the first part, of in and to the same and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances: To Have and To Hold the
above granted bargained and described premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns to
their own proper use benefit and behoof forever. And the said
parties of the first part Sarah E. Raulerson & Hardee Raulerson for
themselves & their heirs executors and administrators do covenant promise
and agree to and with the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns that the said parties of the first part were at the time of the
sealing and delivery of these presents - lawfully seized in fee simple
of a good absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance of and in all
and singular the above granted bargained and described premises with
the appurtenances and have good right full power and lawful authority
to grant bargain sell and convey the same in manner and form aforesaid
and that the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns shall and
may at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy possess
and enjoy the above granted premises and every part and parcel thereof with
the appurtenances without any let suit trouble molestation eviction or
disturbance of the said parties of the first part their heirs or assigns or
of any other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same. And
that the same are now free clear discharged and unencumbered of and from all
former and other grants titles charges estates Judgments taxes assessments
and incumbrances of what nature and kind soever. And the said
