"Deed"
This Indenture made the Twenty second (22) day of March Anno Domini
Eighteen Hundred and Eighty Two Between Samuel A. Swann of the City of Fernandina
County of Nassau and State of Florida (unmarried) party of the first part and Joseph Klapp
Franklin of the Town of Shannon County of Carroll and State of Illinois party of the
second part Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the Sum of One hundred and two and 50/100 Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever all that certain Lot Tract or
Parcel of Land Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and known and described on the public plats of said State
as the South half of the South East quarter of Section Twenty one in Town=
