Two Eleven Thirteen Fourteen Fifteen Seventeen Sixteen and Twenty two of
Section Seven in Township Thirteen South of Range Twenty Three East
containing twenty four thousand five hundred and one acres and
thirty six hundredths of an acre. Now therefore know all men by these
presents that the undersigned the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund
of the State of Florida in consideration of the premises have remised
released and forever quit claimed and do by these presents remise release
and forever quit claim unto the Peninsular Railroad Company and its successors
and assigns forever the lands herein before mentioned and described: To Have and
To Hold the same unto the said The Peninsular Railroad Company and its
successors and assigns forever. In Testimony Whereof the said Trustees have hereunto
subscribed their names and affixed their seals and have caused the seal of the Florida
State Land Office to be hereunto affixed at the Capitol in Tallahassee this 21st day of
March AD 1882
